Director of Team Administration and Matchday Operations
Tyler Fletcher is in his 13th season with the New England Revolution and his fourth year as Director of Team Administration and Matchday Operations. In his role, Fletcher oversees team administration for the first team, Revolution II, and the Revolution Academy, and is the club’s primary player liaison supporting many facets of the player experience including logistics, immigration, housing, transportation, and more. He is also in charge of soccer operations on matchdays for all Revolution and Revolution II home games.
Fletcher, a Connecticut native, originally joined the Revolution as a Gameday Operations Intern ahead of the 2012 season. He moved into the role of Soccer Operations Intern in January 2013, before accepting a full-time position soon after. After nearly a decade as the first team’s administrator, Fletcher also held the title Director of Soccer Operations before moving into his current position.
A former varsity soccer player at Springfield College, Fletcher earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2013, with a minor in business administration. He has also worked for Concacaf as a Venue Director in both the United States and abroad, and as an Operations Intern with the Western Mass Pioneers, then of the USL Premier Development League, in 2011.
