RECENTÂ FORM VS. CHARLOTTE FC
Last season, the Revolution fell to Charlotte FC for the first time at Gillette Stadium. This year, Charlotte heads to Foxborough to meet a Revolution side that is hot at home, boasting a perfect four-for-four record so far.
New England are riding a five-game unbeaten streak in regular season play and sit just above The Crown in the Eastern Conference standings. The Revs sit fourth in the East, while Charlotte occupy the fifth slot, but with nine games played to Charlotte's 10, New England own two more points with a game in hand.Â
Both New England and Charlotte have been dominant on the attacking end of the pitch this season, each as one of the highest scoring teams in the East. Charlotte have scored 18 goals to New England's 17, but the Revolution have more balance on the defensive end of the pitch. The Revs have only given up 12 goals in nine games, while The Crown have conceded 18.Â
The teams meet in the middle of a demanding stretch, each playing seven games through April. Both teams exited the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup this week. In the Round of 16, New England fell 4-3 to Orlando City SC, while Charlotte fell 2-0 to Atlanta United FC.Â
The match marks the start of a four-game homestand for the Revolution who will take on Philadelphia Union next, on May 9 at 7:30 p.m. ET at Gillette Stadium.
Overall Record vs. Charlotte FC: 5-3-0

The Revolution will sport the "Independence Day" kit on Saturday night. Released at the start of the 2026 season, it will serve as the team's Club Kit through the 2026-27 campaigns.
Honoring 250 years of American Independence, the kit pays homage to the New England history which helped shape the country. The bold design leans into the themes of celebration, inspired by the classic patriotic bunting and the fireworks displays that have been lighting up New England skies for a quarter Millenium. With the Heritage Tree on the shirtfront and "Est. 1776" on the collar, the kit embodies New England pride.Â
The Independence Day jersey is paired with navy shorts adorned by three red stripes down each side. The red, white, and blue socks also sport the Revolution seal across the shins.
