FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (November 6, 2026) – All five New England Revolution Academy teams continued their respective MLS NEXT campaigns last Saturday, October 31, sweeping the weekend slate with a combined 5-0-0 record. The Under-18s, Under-16s, and Under-15s all collected victories over fellow MLS academy side D.C. United, while the Under-14s and Under-13s both defeated Ironbound SC.

The U-18s earned back-to-back wins with a 3-1 victory over D.C. United on Saturday. After the visitors opened the scoring in the ninth minute, New England responded with three unanswered goals in the 35th, 39th, and 74th minutes from Ben Quirino (2009 - Chelsea, Mass.), Isaac Twumasi (2010 - Lawrenceville, Ga.), and Chris Scott (2010 - North Tonawanda, N.Y.). Midfielder Lucas Pereira (2010 - East Merrimack, N.H.) logged a pair of assists on the day.

The U-16s blanked D.C. United, 2-0, last weekend. Following a scoreless first half, Arthur Bernardino (2011 - Shirley, Mass.) broke the deadlock on a feed from Davi Pereira (2011 - Revere, Mass.) in the 79th minute, while Dalu Nwazojie (2011 - Stoughton, Mass.) tallied an insurance goal just two minutes later. In net for New England, U.S. youth goalkeeper Zach Lapierre (2011 - Somers, Conn.) collected his first clean sheet of the season.

Also last Saturday, the U-15s edged out D.C., 3-2. The Revolution built a 2-0 lead in the opening 50 minutes through Asher Cotter (2012 - Arlington, Mass.) and Jad Lechheb (2012 - Revere, Mass.). Despite the visitors erasing their two-goal deficit with an equalizer in the 76th minute, Rodrigo Machado (2012 - Pawtucket, R.I.) netted the late winner in the 88th minute to seal the victory.

The U-14s cruised past Ironbound SC with a dominant 7-0 triumph on Saturday. Forward Mikey Miller (2013 - Westford, Mass.) sparked the attack with a goal and a pair of helpers. Also contributing to the offensive efforts, Lucas Williams (2013 - Attleboro, Mass.), Nichollas Texeira (2013 - Rockland, Mass.) and Ollie Conlon (2013 - Boston, Mass.) all recorded goal-and-assist performances. Goalkeepers Petr Tsarev (2013 - Boston, Mass.) and Zachary Roy (2013 - Raynham, Mass.) split time between the posts to secure the team's first shutout of the campaign.

Rounding out the Revolution Academy's unbeaten weekend, the U-13 side routed Ironbound SC, 6-1. Despite Ironbound taking the lead in the 10th minute, the Revolution rallied behind five different goal scorers. Forward Amare Laurent (2014 - Windsor, Conn.) delivered a team-best three goal contributions in the contest, with one goal and two assists. Midfielder Teddy Berntorp (2014 - Newton, Mass.) bagged a brace on the day, while defender Lucca Alden-Dunn (2014 - Dover, Mass.) dished out a goal and assist.

All five Revolution Academy teams will play against Red Bull New York on Saturday, November 7, at the Red Bull Performance Center in league and friendly competition. On Sunday, the U-14s and U-13s will also visit Beachside SC at Harding High School in Bridgeport, Conn. CLICK HERE to learn more about the New England Revolution Academy.
