FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (August 4, 2026) – The New England Revolution Foundation raised a record $145,000 for Special Olympics Massachusetts at the ninth annual Bowl for a Goal presented by Arbella Insurance on Tuesday night. Thanks in large part to the longstanding support of the Arbella Insurance Group, the Revolution Foundation has now raised more than $840,000 to date for Special Olympics Massachusetts through Bowl for a Goal, with more than $100,000 raised at each of the last five events.
New England’s premier annual fundraiser, held at Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Patriot Place, brought together the full 2026 Revolution squad, the Revolution's Unified Soccer Team, fans, and community partners for an action‑packed night of music, prizes, bowling, a silent auction, and more. With Revolution public address announcer Mike Riley serving as emcee, the entire Revolution team was in attendance, including first-year Head Coach Marko Mitrović, five-time MLS All-Star Carles Gil, and newly signed winger Jack Harrison.

This year’s Bowl for a Goal celebrates the 12th season of the Revolution Unified Soccer Team, made possible by the unwavering support of the Arbella Insurance Group. Special Olympics’ Unified Sports program brings athletes with and without intellectual disabilities together as teammates, creating inclusive opportunities to train and compete side by side. More than 1.4 million people worldwide take part in Unified Sports, which breaks down stereotypes about athletes with intellectual disabilities and promotes social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences.
The 2026 Revolution Unified Soccer Team opened their Play Unified season on July 22, hosting the Toronto FC Unified Team at Gillette Stadium. New England now turns its focus to its first international contest, traveling north of the border for a second meeting with the Canadian side on August 15.

ABOUT THE 2026 REVOLUTION UNIFIED TEAM:
The Revolution and Special Olympics Massachusetts are celebrating the team's 12th season in 2026. In May, 19 members of the 2026 Revolution Unified Team signed their contracts with the Revolution at the Sports Illustrated Pavilion at Patriot Place, receiving warm welcomes from Revolution Head Coach Marko Mitrović and Senior Vice President of Soccer Operations Curt Onalfo.
The Revolution Unified Team, made up of local Special Olympics Massachusetts athletes and Unified volunteer partners, faced Toronto FC’s Unified Team once already this season on July 22 and will travel to face the Canadian side again on August 15.
