Mobile ticketing guide

All of your tickets for the 2024 season will be available by opening the Revolution app on your smartphone and logging in with your Revolution ticketing credentials.

Ticket Exchanges

As a benefit of your Membership, you may make ticket exchanges for matches that have not yet occurred. You may exchange tickets online up until one (1) hour before the match you wish to exchange out of through the desktop version of Account Manager. Ticket exchange requests through the Revolution office must be received three (3) business days prior to the match.

Use the Benefits Pass to access the following Season Member benefits at Gillette Stadium. The Benefits Pass will be delivered to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet for iPhone users or Google Wallet for Android users), so you that you will always have access to it. • Gillette Stadium Proshop 15% In-Store Discount: Show your Benefits Pass to redeem this 15% in-store discount.
• Gillette Stadium Lighthouse Complimentary Tour: Show your Benefits Pass for a complimentary tour. Each Season Member account is provided with the same number of Lighthouse passes as they have season seats on their account.
• Patriot Place Retail and Restaurant Offers: Show your Benefits Pass to access special discounts and offers from select Patriot Place and retail locations.
• Patriots Hall of Fame Free Admission: Show your Benefits Pass for free admission. Each Season Member account is provided with the same number of Hall of Fame passes as they have season seats on their account.

Season Member Parking Information

Parking lots 3B, 4C, 5, 6 on the East side of the stadium and parking lots 12B, 20 and 22B on the West side of the stadium are reserved for our Season Members. Season Members have been assigned a lot based on several factors, including zip code and the most convenient route to the stadium. Season Members will receive one (1) parking pass per every four (4) season seats on the account. Tailgating is permitted three (3) hours before the match within all Season Member and Supporter Group parking lots.

Season Member Lanes at Stadium Gates

The following exclusive Season Member lanes at each stadium gate will open 75 minutes before kickoff for the 2024 season.

• ticketmaster ramp via ticketmaster Gate
• Grand staircase in the plaza via ticketmaster Gate
• CVS Health Gate
• E1 for East Cross Insurance Club
• Field Seating: Under the bridge in the plaza

Note: Elevators will be available at E2 (East) entrances for any guests entering Dell Technologies Suite Levels or guests with disabilities. In addition, the ticketmaster ramp accessible elevator will be available for field-level access or guests with disabilities.
