RECENT FORM VS. NASHVILLE SC
New England and Nashville split the season series in 2023, each side winning on their home ground. That's been indicative of a larger trend, as the road team has never won in six all-time meetings, with the Revs going 1-0-2 at Gillette Stadium and Nashville going 2-0-1 at home (including Nissan Stadium and GEODIS Park). Last year's showdown in Nashville was a five-goal thriller, the hosts racing out to a 3-0 halftime lead before Tomás Chancalay scored a pair of second-half goals to make Nashville sweat out a 3-2 win.
Once again the Revs (2-10-1, 7 pts.) felt their performance was deserving of more this past weekend, as they out-shot and out-possessed New York City FC only to concede late in a 1-0 loss at Gillette Stadium. New England have now lost six of their last seven games and have scored just four goals during that stretch, but their lone win during that time did come away from home as they claimed a 1-0 win at Chicago Fire FC four weeks ago. Now approaching the halfway point of the season and with the calendar ticking over to June, the Revs will be eager to get on track this weekend in Nashville.
Nashville (3-4-7, 16 pts.) had a similarly difficult start to the season and ultimately the club parted ways with head coach Gary Smith on May 16, installing Player Development Coach Rumba Munthali as interim head coach. Despite the changeover Nashville have been difficult to beat since late April, going 2-1-3 in their last six games and losing just once in nine games at GEODIS Park this campaign (3-1-5).
Saturday's trip to Nashville is just a brief return to the road for the Revs, who'll be back home for games against the New York Red Bulls (June 8) and Vancouver Whitecaps FC (June 15) the next two weekends.
Overall Record vs. Nashville: 1-2-3
Away Record vs. Nashville: 0-2-1
Last meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 1, Nashville 0 (March 18, 2023)
Last meeting at GEODIS Park: Nashville 3, Revs 2 (October 14, 2023)

Saturday night the Revolution will be wearing the "Boston Tea Party" kit, which will serve as the club's primary uniform for the 2024 and 2025 MLS seasons.
Inspired by Boston's proud history of positive defiance, the kit commemorates the recent 250th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party in December 1773. The shirt design is highlighted by red and white vertical waves on the jersey's front, which represent the ripples in the Boston Harbor made by East India Training Company's tea creates as the American revolutionaries emptied 45 tons of tea into the water.
The navy jersey features red shoulders with three white stripes, a throwback to earlier Revolution jerseys, paired with navy shorts and navy socks, featuring red and white striping on top.
