Scott Caldwell replaces Tommy McNamara in the midfield.
  • Gustavo Bou and Carles Gil, making their third MLS Cup Playoffs appearances, both opened their postseason accounts in last Friday’s victory. Bou scored the winning goal in the 95th minute, the latest game-winning goal in Revs’ postseason history, and set a club record with eight shots in the match.
  • Adam Buksa joins fellow Designated Players Bou and Gil in the Starting XI for the third consecutive game, with all three starting together for the fifth time in 2020. Buksa logged three shots, all on target, in his MLS Cup Playoffs debut last Friday.

  • Tajon Buchanan, one of four Revolution players to make their postseason debut last Friday along with Buksa, Henry Kessler and Justin Rennicks, recorded both of New England’s goals against Philadelphia in 2020. Those two goals are also the first of the Canadian’s professional career.
  • Henry Kessler continues to appear in all but one match across all competitions in 2020. The first-year defender led all 2020 MLS SuperDraft selections in games played (22), games started (19) and minutes played (1,823) this season.
  • Andrew Farrell, who started all six of New England’s clean sheets in 2020 alongside Kessler, makes his 10th MLS Cup Playoffs appearance tonight. The eighth-year defender has registered 870 minutes played in the postseason.
