For the second straight year, Massachusetts will host the U.S. Amputee Soccer Cup when the tournament kicks off next weekend (Sept. 12-14) at Weymouth High School. Champions of the inaugural tournament in 2023, the New England Amputee Team will be looking to reclaim the title from defending champions Inter Miami CF. Revs amputee goalkeeper Jeremey Henrickson joined host DJ Bean on this week's episode of The Soccer Show to preview that tournament, and discuss his own journey to the New England Amputee Team.
Revolution play-by-play man Brad Feldman also joined the show to preview Saturday night's must-win showdown with Chicago Fire FC as both teams battle for the final playoff place in the Eastern Conference, while his broadcast partner and CBS Sports analyst Charlie Davies recapped transfer deadline day in Europe and looked ahead to the U.S. Men's National Team's pair of friendlies against South Korea and Japan.
The Soccer Show, which airs on 98.5 The Sports Hub from 6-7 a.m. on Saturday mornings, is available to stream and download HERE.
