POSTER SERIES GIVEAWAY

The New England Poster Series highlights six local artists, each from a different New England state, with specially designed matchday posters to be given away to fans at various home games throughout the season.

The fourth poster, to be featured Saturday night when the Revs host Los Angeles FC, was designed by Kristi Colbert of Massachusetts. Colbert draws her inspiration from her surroundings in Western Massachusetts, as well as her travels with her wife and two children. Specializing in painted paper collage, the medium has helped her fight perfectionism in order to find her freedom as an artist. Composed from fragments of painted recycled paper, her work serves as a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us.

MATCH FOR C.H.A.N.G.E.

The Revs will host their annual Match for C.H.A.N.G.E. on Saturday night, as part of the club's dedication to fighting inequity and promoting social justice.

Highlighting the evening's initiatives, Revolution match jerseys will feature a patch designed by artist Eamon White, utilizing a combination of two Adinkra Symbols: Wawa Aba, and Mmere Dane. The combination symbolizes to not take for granted the time you have on this earth and love, while all elements are embedded in the design of a butterfly, a symbol of transformation and change. An online auction following the match will feature autographed, match-worn jerseys, with all proceeds going to benefit the Chica Project.

Fan Zone will include a Pop-Up Market featuring 20 local BIPOC-owned businesses associated with either Women of Color Entrepreneurs or Heritage Market, while Chica Project and Commonwealth Kitchen will also have activations.

Finally, Saturday night's national anthem will be performed by local artist Nyisha Conry.

Saturday’s Match for C.H.A.N.G.E. will provide a variety of activations, including an online auction of match-worn jerseys with a special patch designed by local artist, Eamon White. In collaboration with Women of Color Entrepreneurs and Heritage Market, the Revolution Foundation will bring several BIPOC-owned local businesses to a pop-up market in the Revolution Fan Zone from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

REVOLUTION FOUNDATION DRIVE SERIES

The Revolution Foundation Drive Series returns this weekend, as the club will be collecting new and like new school clothing for children of all ages to benefit the Jordan's Furniture Collection for Cradles to Crayons "Ready for Learning" program.

Collections will be made at all Gillette Stadium entry points from 5 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. on Saturday.

RECENT FORM VS. LOS ANGELES FC

This will be just the fourth all-time meeting between the Revs and Los Angeles FC, which arrived in MLS as an expansion side for the 2018 season. New England will enter the weekend still in search of a first-ever win over LAFC, having gone 0-2-1 in the previous three meetings, including a 2-0 loss in the only previous matchup at Gillette Stadium back in 2019.

The Revs (7-11-7, 28 pts.) will carry a bit of positive energy into this showdown, having snapped a nine-game winless run with a 2-0 triumph over D.C. United last weekend in Foxborough. Carles Gil assisted Leo Campana's game-winning header before scoring the insurance goal himself, passing Taylor Twellman (who was in the building as part of Alumni Night celebrations) to become the Revolution's all-time leader in goal contributions (130). The victory leaves the Revs eight points back of the playoff places in the East with nine games remaining.

LAFC (10-6-7, 37 pts.) are firmly in the Western Conference playoff mix, six points above the postseason line and four points back of fourth-place Seattle Sounders FC. The California side recently wrapped up Leagues Cup action with a record of 1-0-2 against Liga MX competition, before returning to MLS action with a 2-2 draw at Chicago Fire FC this past weekend, featuring the debut of superstar signing Son Heung-min.

Saturday night will wrap up the Revolution's monthlong, four-game homestand, as they'll return to the road next weekend for a visit to the Columbus Crew.

SHOW YOUR COLORS

Saturday night the Revs will be wearing the "Boston Tea Party" kit, which will serve as the club's primary uniform once again in 2025.

Inspired by Boston's proud history of positive defiance, the kit commemorates the recent 250th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party in December 1773. The shirt design is highlighted by red and white vertical waves on the jersey's front, which represent the ripples in the Boston Harbor made by East India Training Company's tea creates as the American revolutionaries emptied 45 tons of tea into the water.

The navy jersey features red shoulders with three white stripes, a throwback to earlier Revolution jerseys, paired with navy shorts and navy socks, featuring red and white striping on top.
