RECENT FORM VS. TORONTO FC

Wednesday's match marks the first time in two months that the Revolution will take the pitch to compete in league play since MLS broke for the FIFA World Cup. Toronto shook some rust off already, resuming MLS action against CF Montréal on July 16, which ultimately ended in a scoreless draw.

The Revolution enter the second half of the season on the tail of a strong start to 2026, which has them sitting fourth in the Eastern Conference standings. Through the first 14 games of the season, the Revs have earned 25 points. The Revs have found most success at Gillette Stadium, owning a 7-1-0 record at home. Hosting Toronto in Foxborough on Wednesday night, the Revs will look to recapture their home spark and hit the ground running after the season's pause.

Toronto ended the first half of 2026 having earned just 14 points in 14 games. The Canadian side hasn't found a win since the start of April, sporting a 3-6-6 record overall. Last season, New England took most of the points from their two meetings, with a win at BMO Field and a draw in Foxborough. The Revs only conceded a single goal to Toronto in 2025.

Wednesday's game is the first of a two-game week for the Revs, who will welcome Atlanta United FC to Foxborough on Saturday night.

Overall Record vs. Toronto: 17-12-14

SHOW YOUR COLORS

The Revolution will sport the "Independence Day" kit on Wednesday night. Released at the start of the 2026 season, it will serve as the team's Club Kit through the 2026-27 campaigns.

Honoring 250 years of American Independence, the kit pays homage to the New England history which helped shape the country. The bold design leans into the themes of celebration, inspired by the classic patriotic bunting and the fireworks displays that have been lighting up New England skies for a quarter Millenium. With the Heritage Tree on the shirtfront and "Est. 1776" on the collar, the kit embodies New England pride.

The Independence Day jersey is paired with navy shorts adorned by three red stripes down each side. The red, white, and blue socks also sport the Revolution seal across the shins.

You can purchase your "Independence Day" kit HERE.
